What this contract is for

Building 1040 COMM ISP Telecommunication Infrastructure The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for ISP Telecommunications Infrastructure. This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-R-A023, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. REQUIREMENT This is a single-CLIN project that requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and quality control necessary to engineer, design, install, terminate, and test the copper and fiber Inside Plant (ISP) telecommunications infrastructure within Building 1040, in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and technical drawings, to be completed within a period of performance of 149 days after date of contract (ADC). PROPOSAL SUBMISSION & EVALUATION Proposals must be submitted via email to SSgt Jiyah McGrath ([email protected]) and Ryan Moehle ([email protected]) no later than 30 July 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. All offerors must have an active registration at www.sam.gov and submit completed Offeror Representations and Certifications with their proposal. In accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15, the Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal. To be eligible for award, proposals must be rated "Acceptable" across all non-price factors, with no tradeoffs conducted. Proposals will be evaluated based on four primary factors: Price, Technical Capability (ability to perform in accordance with the SOW), Small Business Participation, and Past Performance, as detailed in the attached solicitation documents.
