This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12 and FAR Part 12.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, LLC the Prime Contractor, is solicitying quotes on behalf of the Government. No paper solicitations will be issued. Funding Notice: IMPORTANT: Funds are not currently available. Award cannot be made until funding is received. By submitting a quote the vendor acknowledges: No obligation exists on the part of AFGSC or the Government to award this requirement. The Government and/or AFGSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time with no cost or claim. Important Notice to Offerors: It is the sole responsibility of all offerors to frequently check this posting for updates, amendments, Q&A responses, or changes. Failure to acknowledge and comply with posted amendments may result in a quote being deemed non-responsive. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to remove and replace two sets of double-leaf doors at Facility 171, Vance AFB, OK, ensuring compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). A complete Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and bid form are attached to this solicitation.
