Yes. Every listing is a notice an agency posted publicly on SAM.gov or Grants.gov, refreshed daily, and every one links to the official record so you can check it yourself.
Do I need to be a government contractor already?
No. Many people on Oppward have never bid before. You do need a SAM.gov registration to be awarded a federal contract. Registering is free on SAM.gov; we can also do it for you.
What does the proposal side actually do?
You upload or pick a solicitation. We pull out the instructions (Section L) and evaluation factors (Section M), build a compliance matrix, flag anything that could disqualify you, and draft sections from your company information and past proposals. A person can review it, or our writers can finish the whole proposal.
Will AI write my proposal for me?
It drafts, it does not decide. The software is fast at reading 80 pages and tracing every requirement. A person, you or one of our writers, owns what gets submitted.
Who writes the done-for-you proposals?
Our own proposal team, the same people who already write proposals for paying clients. Each project gets a flat price quoted from the solicitation before work starts.
