The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation “N40085-26-R-0214 Construction of Fire Protection System at Building C2”.

The proposed contract action to perform construction services for the installation of a fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire alarm at Building C2, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck and Leonardo, New Jersey.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the work including the removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm systems with a combination fire alarm mass notification system, providing a fully complete and usable fire protection sprinkler system and incidental related work.

The completion time for this contract is 270 calendar days after award.
