Maintenance of Dredging FacilitiesProject NAICS: 237990 ? Other Heavy and Civil Engineering ConstructionProject Magnitude: Between ?1,000,000,000 and ?2,500,000,000 (Japanese YEN)Project Description:Maintenance dredging of naturally recurring bottom sediments (sand, silt, and clays) within the United States Exclusive Use Area (EUA) of Yokohama North Dock, encompassing Berths 1-7 and A-L, to ensure safe passage for watercraft and support mission requirements. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, conventional hydraulic or mechanical dredging methods and transportation and disposal of dredged material.SOLICITATION/PROCUREMENT METHOD: 1. This procurement will prequalify sources as authorized per Class Deviation 2026-O0019 DFARS 236.101-70. See below for prequalification requirements and process.2. Following the pre-qualification process, the Government will then issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation utilizing FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures to those prequalified. 3.
