What this contract is for
Project QUUG 25-1025 Rpr Facilities Facades, Moron Air Base, Spain. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 U.S. Dollars. This is furnished for the convenience of prospective contractors. The actual extent of work requirements will be governed by the specifications and drawings. See section L for complete information regarding referenced project. Offers will be evaluated according to the criteria in Section M, Evaluation criteria for award. A pre-proposal Conference / Site Visit will be held 22 July 2026, 09:30 hours local time, in the Contracting Conference room, bldg 106. Please RSVP via email at least 24 hours prior to the site visit. Unless you have access to Moron Air Base, you will need an escort. If you require an escort, please request access via email at least 72 hours prior to the site visit. Questions in regards to this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than 29 July 2026, 12:00 hours local time. Bids must be received no later than 10:30 hours local time on 12 August 2026. Please ensure bids adhere to all requirements found in Section L of this solicitation. Nonconforming bids will not be accepted or evaluated.
