Synopsis of the Requirement The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract/purchase order to: Proposed Contractor: Vector Control System Contractor Address: 3 Bridge Street Suite B100, Newton, MA.

02458-1190 Requirement Title: Round trip to trouble shoot discrepancies Total Estimated Value: $9,540.00 It is the belief of the Government that this organization is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy the agency's requirement. (See attached justification [JOTFOC]).

Regulatory and Statutory Authority This sole-source contracting action is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation / Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidelines.

Under the RFO, simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions are consolidated under RFO FAR Part 12 [specifically RFO FAR 12.201-1 (Simplified procedures) and RFO FAR 12.102(a) for acquisitions valued at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold].
