SYNOPSIS OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT The U.S.

Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC), intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Fuel Program Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance (PMCM) services supporting the North Atlantic Division–Air Force (NAD-AF).

The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, quality control, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, facilities, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on capitalized federal petroleum facilities and petroleum systems.

Services shall ensure these systems remain compliant with all applicable codes, criteria, regulations, and laws, including United Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-460-03.
