Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this solicitation for the exterior upgrade of clay tile roofs, façade, windows and basements, replacement of the water and sewer lines and bathroom renovation works on two (2) existing Siedlung Housing Compound Buildings located on Plieninger Str.

2/4 – 6/8, 60320, Frankfurt am Main as per Combined Synopsis and Solicitation attached.

The following attachments are attached to this notice: Attachment 1 – Schedule and Contract Clauses Attachment 2 – Price Proposal Breakdown Attachment 3 – Representations and Certifications Attachment 4 – IRS Form W-14 Attachment 5 – Drawings and Photos will be made available separately through FAN.gov.

Interested parties must explicitly request access by email to the Contract Specialist at [email protected].

The explicit access request must contain: •Company’s Name and Physical Address •Name of Requestor •Name(s) and email address(es) of the company’s representative(s) to whom access should be granted No access will be granted to Attachment 5 to requestors submitting access requests as the quotations due date approaches or after the RFQ closes.

Quoters are strongly encouraged to request access as early as practicable.

Any delay by a quoter to request access to the Attachment 5 shall not constitute a basis for extending any solicitation deadline.

All dates and times established in this solicitation remain firm unless changed by formal amendment issued by the Contracting Officer.
