The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to gather industry information and interest regarding an anticipated Single-Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for construction projects including repair, alterations, and renovation services, with major work in Mechanical/HVAC, in support of the Capitol Complex facilities management.

This announcement is to determine the interest, availability, and capability of firms to perform the work described above.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.

However, individual task orders issued under this IDIQ may utilize the following NAICS codes, depending on the specific work requirements: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 237110 – Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction 238110 – Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractor 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors The solicitation is scheduled to be issued in/around November/December 2026.
