Requirements Contract for RFP 523138 Construction Management Services. No Bid Security Required. The Term of this Contract is five (5) years, with the option to extend, at NYCHA's sole discretion, for an additional five (5) year period. A non-mandatory Proposers' conference ('Proposers' Conference') will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on September 09, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposers' Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
