This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24227B0002, Project Number 620A4-25-201 Building 13 Stair and Roof Replacement at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Castle Point Campus, 41 Castle Point Road, Wappingers Falls, New York 12590.

This shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.

As a result, all SDVOSBs may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency.

This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $45 Million.

The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.

Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: The purpose of this project is to for the repair of the exterior architectural features of Building 13 including but not limited to tuckpointing, roof, stair, brick repair/replacement, structural integrity, and elevation repairs.

Work includes general construction, alterations, architectural removal and restoration, asbestos remediation, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items.

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for repair of Building 13 required by drawings and specifications.

Construction contractors selected by award to perform work at VISN 2 VA facilities, are required to utilize VISN 2 Autodesk Build Construction management platform, also called Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Access to the platform and training portal will be provided by VISN 2 through project Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at no cost for the duration of the project.
