Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote submission deadline and to provide updated responses to vendor inquiries.

Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the delivery of services and equipment to National Forest recreation sites within the Bitterroot National Forest that may include as needed services and/or recurring services based on seasonal or emergency needs.

Services include pumping out precast concrete vaults toilets.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services.

The small business size standard is $9.0 million.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
