This requirement is for the Horizontal Construction Multiple Award Contract (MAC) at Malmstrom AFB, MT.
The Horizontal Construction MAC will be used to satisfy a multitude of horizontal construction projects in support of the Malmstrom AFB installation and its missile alert/launch facilities.
Projects issued under the Horizontal Construction MAC shall fall under the 237990 NAICS code with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00 There will be an initial five (5) year ordering period with a two (2) year optional ordering period.
The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the entire Horizontal Construction MAC lifecycle SHALL NOT EXCEED $25,000,000.00.
The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $500.00.
The awardees guaranteed minimum will be satisfied by attendance to the Post-Award Conference.
SEED PROJECT: The initial project to be awarded under the Horizontal Construction MAC will be the "Repair North/South Base Water System, Phase 2".
Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: Funds are not presently available for this effort.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
