SYNOPSIS The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division, Portland District (CENWP) will be soliciting for a Regional Design Build/Design Bid-Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).

The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract MATOC.

Project Scope: Civil: Site utilities, drainage, paving, waterstop installation, and various geotechnical work.

Structural/Architectural Systems: Concrete, structural frames, hydraulic steel structures, fall protection, roofing, elevators, new buildings and building renovation.

Electrical Systems: Power distribution, generators, lighting, and control systems (SCADA/PLC, fire/security, ICT).

Mechanical Systems: Building MEP (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) and industrial equipment (pumps, cranes, hydraulics, compressors).

Work will be primarily located within the Portland District's area of operations (Southwest Washington and Oregon), with potential for projects in the Seattle and Walla Walla Districts.
