COAST GUARD (USCG), BASE TONGUE POINT/COLUMBIA RIVER; ASTORIA, OR; PSN 20041934 Z2BC - REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF RADAR AND NAVIGATIONAL FACILITIES 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

Project Description: In accordance with attached Specifications dated/approved 08Apr2026. (Subject to change at the discretion of the Government).

Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, power, and personnel to accomplish work installing, replacing, and/or removing ATON structures in the Columbia River Area/U.S.

Coast Guard (USCG) Base Tongue Point, located at Astoria, Oregon.

Work includes, but is not limited to: Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures.

See appendix A, appendix B, and attached Specifications for scope requirements.

ATON structure fabrication.

Surveying of completed range structures to ensure proper positioning.

Structures will be constructed within in-water work window limitations.

The Columbia River in-water work window for this project is November 01, 2026 thru February 28, 2027.
