The U.S.

Army Engineer District, Alaska intends to specify the below listed items as part of a larger construction contract to be executed on JBER, Alaska.

A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Reference RFO 6.103-1(d), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions.” Items: 1.

Monaco Transceiver MAAP-X Alarm Control Panel: The Fire Department utilizes a Monaco D-21 supervising station for monitoring the fire alarm systems in all buildings on the installation.

The fire alarm system in each facility must have the capability to communicate with the installation-wide systems.

Best Interchangable Core-Cormax, 7-pin, Standard Keyway: Elmendorf has established Best as the Installation’s master keying system with which all lock cores and keyless entry systems must be compatible.

Federal Signal Mass Notification Panel: The building mass notification systems (BMNS) is required to interface with the JBER Federal Signal Remote Mass Notification ACU’s unit for emergency broadcasts in all facilities.

PowerLogic ION 8650: Every new building or facility is required to have a smart energy meter that will be able to automatically log energy usage and report the logged data to a central energy management database.

It must meet Cyber security reuirements and AMRS compatibility.
