This project encompasses construction of a new Flight Simulator facility at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
The project includes spaces for 12 simulator devices, academic classroom instruction, briefing rooms, equipment support, and staff offices.
The facility will include controlled space(s) that meet Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 criteria and standards.
The project is also authorized to have a back-up/standby generator.
