Project Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska Project Description: Design Bid Build.

This project will construct a collocated Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) and Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS), approximately 13,000 square feet, on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Building design(s) will comply with Unified Facilities Criteria, UFC 4-171-05, Army Reserve Facilities.

Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, concrete aprons, vehicle wash rack/platform, bi-level equipment loading ramp, fencing, general site improvements and utility connections.

Accessibility for the disabled will be provided.

Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security measures will be incorporated into the design including maximum standoff distances from roads, parking areas and vehicle unloading areas.

Contract duration is estimated at 1,095 calendar days.

The estimated cost range is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
