GENERAL INFORMATION & PURPOSE This announcement constitutes both a Sources Sought Synopsis and a Notice of Intent to Sole Source under FAR 5.101, FAR 5.207, and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

This is NOT a formal Request for Quotation (RFQ), and no formal solicitation package is available at this time.

The purpose of this notice is two-fold: a.

To provide public notice of the Government's intent to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for brand-name Zodiac Milpro H763 Air Collars. b.

To conduct market research and determine whether other qualified vendors (specifically small businesses) possess the capability and authorization to supply the required items.

Capability statements must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact listed above no later than the response date and time.

The capability statement must address, at a minimum, the following: 1A.

Authorization in the proof of company letterhead from ZODIAC OF NORTH AMERICA, INC.

UEI: C4CGDYMULBF9 to be an authorized reseller, dealer or distributor.

1B.

Active registration in Sam.Gov 1C.

Declared Small business Status in the reps and certs section of sam.gov profile 1D.

Ability to ship to JBER, Alaska 2.
