THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE – A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 28, 2026.

Conduct Concrete and Civil Site Repairs 36C25926Q0826 The Contractor/Vendor will remediate the drainage and concrete in different areas of the Rocky Mountain VAMC located at 1700 N Wheeling St, Aurora, CO 80045 .

The NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 with a small business size standard of $19 M.

The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

This project will be 100% set-aside for Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below.
