What this contract is for

The 366th Contracting Squadron at Mountain Home AFB, ID intends to issue Solicitation FA4897-16-B-0013 on or about 18 August 2016. Work consists of, but is not limited to, demolishing several walls, concrete floor, all partitions, fixtures and accessories in existing restrooms at the Gunfighter Club. The restrooms included are the main facility restrooms and the lounge restrooms. After defined areas are completely gutted, the project provides for reconfiguring of restrooms to provide ADA accessibility and all new fixtures, partitions, accessories and finishes. Plumbing/piping will require repair/replacement and will be reconfigured to suit new layout. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and specifications and drawings. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Period of performance will be 90 days for the main facility restrooms and 60 days for the lounge restrooms. The main restrooms must be completed and returned for government use prior to starting on the lounge restrooms. The project magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
