W912EE - The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE26BA006 for Tate County, Mississippi, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project, LD-23-01.The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing three (3) grade control structures, and Longitudinal Peaked Stone Toe Dikes with Tiebacks, in Tate County, Mississippi.

Principle features of work for the grade control structures include clearing and grubbing; excavation, backfill, embankment, control of water; storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection.

The project has a completion period of 180 Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.

This IFB will be for one (1) Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract.

This procurement is advertised as a Woman-Owned small business (WOSB) set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million.

Bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted.
