AMENDMENT 01 – ISSUED 09 September 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Update 70Z03326Q201900012_Terms and Conditions to incorporate FAR clauses 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections (July 2000) and 52.228-14 Irrevocable Letter of Credit (Nov 2014).

Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the SF-30 with their proposal.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Coast Guard requires the replacement and refurbishment of the main gate at Air Station Port Angeles.

The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project.
