PROJECT OVERVIEW: The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation is conducting a Sources Sought Notice/Industry Day Invitation for the Conconully Dam Seismic Modification project.
3.
SCOPE OF WORK: Critical components of work for the project are anticipated to include: A.
Coordinate power, fiber, and telecommunications to the site including temporary and permanent installations.
B.
Clearing, grubbing, and stripping of the work area and borrow areas.
C.
Abandoning and removing existing site instrumentation including piezometers, weirs, shear strips, and seismic installations.
D.
Earthwork for construction preparation and embankment construction.
E.
Deep soil mixing of foundation materials.
F.
Preparation of outlet works tunnel for outlet works lining and extension.
G.
Performing bypass pumping or providing siphon flows over the spillway to meet in channel flow requirements during non-irrigation season to allow outlet work construction.
