THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT REFERENCE RFP 36C24919R0095 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Nashville VA Medical Center is preparing to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for 36C24919B0006 which replaces RFP 36C24919R0095 Project 626-18-201 Replace Air Handling Unit 18 SET ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $36.5 million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work for Project# 626-18-201 "Replace Air Handling Unit 18 at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212 in accordance with the specifications and drawings titled Replace Air Handling Unit 18 . Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials and perform work for replacing Air Handling Unit 18 primarily serving Cath Lab as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures, construction, and certain other items. Electrical work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required electrical construction work on this project including new, upgrade and replacement of low voltage system; new/relocated electrical and data receptacles.
