Sousley Campus VA Medical Center, 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington KY 40511. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) CONSTRUCTION BUDGET DESIGN LIMITATIONS/PROJECT MAGNITUDE: The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $36.5 million PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project # 596-18-108 - Repair Exterior Walls, will repair the brick and terra cotta façade on Buildings 1, 3, 4, and 29 and connecting corridors at the Franklin R. Sousley Campus of the Lexington VA Health Care System. These buildings are suffering from extensive deterioration. In repairing the exterior walls, this project will mitigate cracks, water saturated exterior areas, failure of joint sealants, joint failure, spalling, abatement of asbestos, pressure washing, painting, and area sealant.
