Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Facilities Engineering and Mission Support Services (OFEMS), has a requirement for exterior and interior repair and preventative maintenance of the Pacific Southwest Laboratory located at 19701 Fairchild Road, Irvine, California 92612.

The project consists primarily of: • Structural steel surface preparation and application of corrosion-resistant coating systems on exterior stairs, sunshades, roof access stairs, entrance canopies, and chemical storage shed structural components. • Interior and exterior non-structural concrete crack repairs, including associated surface restoration and replacement of damaged resilient flooring where required. • Associated mobilization, quality control testing, safety controls, closeout documentation, and warranty requirements.

The facility will remain occupied and operational during construction.
