The California National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal services, to include all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of a Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator facility at Moffett Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Mountain View, California.
The anticipated contract duration will be 400 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
There are no additive bid items or option line items included.
The following brand name and sole source requirements apply to this requirement: Advantor Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and automated entry control & access control – Sole Source Requirement Best door lock cores – Brand Name Requirement AutomatedLogic Environmental Management Control System (EMCS) – Brand Name Requirement Monaco Fire and Mass Notification System – Brand Name Requirement This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
