The Norman A.

Berg Plant Materials Center facilities need repairs and upgrades.

The center requires a newelectrical hookup for a lab trailer and electrical upgrades for the two greenhouses (indicated as North Greenhouse and South Greenhouse) and the upper garage.

Both greenhouses require foundational repairs and re-parging.

One greenhouse requires a commercial grade greenhouse door replacement.

This is a request for quote (RFQ) solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct the project at outlined in statement of work and detailed in the specifications, drawings, and plans attached hereto.
