Site Visit: September 9, 2026 at 10:00 Eastern Time Participants will meet at – New Hampshire Job Corps Center 943 Dunbarton Road Manchester, NH 03102 Attendance at the site visit is optional and is not a requirement for bid submission or award consideration.

Offerors who did not attend the site visit may still submit a bid and will be considered for award in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.

Questions Due: September 14, 2026 at 12:00pm Eastern Time No questions will be answered during the Site Visit.

All questions must be submitted in writing via email in accordance with the instructions in this provision.

Each question shall be sent via email to ([email protected]) and the Contract Specialist ([email protected]).

Clearly specify the solicitation area (page, paragraph, etc.) to which the question refers.

Questions shall be received no later than September 14, 2026 (12:00 PM Eastern).

Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, disposal, and incidentals necessary to replace the exterior siding on Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, and G at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings, and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.

As a firm-fixed price contract, the price shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to accomplish the construction required by the contract, including applicable customs duties, transportation to the site, storage, premiums for insurance and bonds required by the solicitation documents and/or the contract documents, permits, lic...
