The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, disposal, and incidentals necessary to replace the exterior siding on Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, and G at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings, and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.

As a firm-fixed price contract, the price shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to accomplish the construction required by the contract, including applicable customs duties, transportation to the site, storage, premiums for insurance and bonds required by the solicitation documents and/or the contract documents, permits, license and inspection fees, taxes, profit, overhead and all other items called for by the contract or otherwise necessary for performance of the contract.

The contract price may be adjusted only by a written contract modification signed by the Contracting Officer (CO).

A public bid opening will be conducted by the Department of Labor via video teleconference on October 7, 2026. @ 2:00 PM Eastern.

Parties interested in attending the bid opening must email the Contracting Officer at ([email protected]) and the Contract Specialist ([email protected]) by no later than one (1) business day prior to the bid opening to request a link/invitation to the Microsoft Teams meeting.
