02 September 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.

Extend the deadline for submission of quotes from 04 September 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT to 18 September 2026 at 5:00 PM MDT; 2.

Revise submission instructions to include name and email address of contracting office POC; 3.

Revise submission instructions on how past performance questionnaires (PPQ) should be submitted, where PPQs should be submitted; and minimum amount of PPQs; and No other changes.

This is a new requirement for outside and inside plant cable installation, surveys, and maintenance in accordance with (IAW) attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

All questions: Must be submitted via email to Jean-Denis Ducimetiere at [email protected] no later than 1 September 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT.

Any correspondence sent must contain the subject line "FA462626Q0035 Cabling Requirement Contract." All responses must submit a completed SF 1449, Pricing Sheet, and Mock Project sheet.
