The U.S.
General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to construct a new 7-bay enclosed parking garage at the Piegan CBP Housing Complex, located at 5023 US Highway 89 N., Babb, MT 59411.
The project includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, grading, utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, electrical work, framing, roofing, interior finishes, inspections, testing, and closeout.
The facility will remain operational during construction, and the contractor shall coordinate all work with GSA and tenant agency representatives.
This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process.
