Scope of Work The Dyckman Senior Center project includes but is not limited to comprehensive interior renovation of the existing senior center space, including selective demolition, new architectural finishes, upgraded restrooms, new ADA bathroom, office and activity areas, and a complete renovation of the commercial kitchen with new equipment, walk-in cooler and freezer, and associated utility connections. The work also includes accessibility improvements such as a new platform lift and handrails, along with new mechanical ventilation and HVAC systems, plumbing modifications, electrical upgrades including lighting and power distribution, and fire protection and fire alarm system improvements.
