What this contract is for

Project YTPM 25-3001, Maintain Pavement Markings at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA. This acquisition is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) expected for early March 2026 with an estimated thirty (30) day response period. There will be an organized site visit planned for this solicitation, the correct time and location will be included in the solicitation. The work called for in this contract requires extensive scheduling and coordination because of the daily airfield operations. The commercial contractors that provide this service will develop work schedules that require flexibility for the clients. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $300,000.00 and $500,000.00. There is no Government Furnished Property supplied for this project.
