The publicized release date for W912DR26RA034 solicitation is anticipated on/about 18 March 2026.---- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). No proposals are being solicited or accepted at this time. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, intends to issue a solicitation for the design and construction of a new Component Rebuild Shop at Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania. This solicitation will be competed on an unrestricted basis. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract using a Two-Phase Design-Build to Budget (DBtB) approach aligning with selection procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The scope includes demolition of an existing 16,700 GSF building and construction of a new facility containing vehicle repair bays, administrative offices, building support areas, and extensive site work including utilities, paving, and parking. The new facility of approximately 72,000 gross square feet (GSF) to support depot-level maintenance for various ground support and guided missile systems.
