DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide grease traps replacement.
The repair the Pharmacy Cache HVAC system to ensure required humidity, temperature control, and ventilation requirements are met while providing Building Management System (BMS) control to existing campus system.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, installation, training, commissioning documentation, O&M documentation, and one-year warranty of materials and installation.
Contractor shall do a field verification to ensure all equipment, parts and materials are identified and verify all existing conditions.
A site visit will be conducted for this requirement on August 27, 2026, at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Campus from 10:00 AM PST to 11:00 AM PST.
