This action is for the repair, cleaning, and inspection of two underground water storage tanks while maintaining the potable water supply distribution system for New Boston Space Force Station (NBSFS).

Please see the Statement of Work (SOW) and SF1449 for item descriptions and quantities.

A site visit will be held at New Boston SFS, New Boston NH on 31 August 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM ET.

Please be at the visitor’s center no later than 9:30 AM ET to allow enough time to obtain visitor passes.

The contractor shall obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all visitors.

You must contact Kristin Morrison by 12 PM ET on 25 August 2026 to register for the site visit to gain access to the base at [email protected].

All contractors MUST pre-register in order to attend.

Each individual must possess a REAL ID compliant driver’s license or must present a second form of identification along with their non-REAL ID-compliant identification, and registration and proof of insurance for each vehicle, including rentals.

All questions are due on or before 11AM ET, 4 September 2026.

Answers will be posted to SAM.gov not later than 9 September 2026.

Offers shall be emailed to Contracting Officer Kristin Morrison via e-mail at [email protected].

Please DO NOT post offers to SAM.gov.

Failure to respond to both may result in being technically unacceptable.

Offers are due on or before 12 PM ET, 17 September 2026.

Offers shall be valid for a period no less than 90 days.

Please request read receipt on all submitted quotes.
