Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The Tennessee National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repair of the Building 340 Electrical System at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee. This includes providing and installing a new generator with all associated components and modifications required for a complete and usable system in accordance with plans and specifications. In addition to the base work described above, the solicitation will include the following option line items: 1. Option 1 – Repair EAID Generator Connections: Contractor shall provide and install new pull boxes, docking stations, conduits, wire, associated components, etc., and demolish cannon plugs, conductors, and associated conduits in accordance with plans and specifications; 2. Option 2 – Repair Exterior Lighting Basewide: Contractor shall repair existing exterior lighting with new LED fixtures and control modules, pole metal bases, access covers, and all associated components in accordance with plans and specifications; 3. Option 3 – Repair Facility Exterior Lighting: Contractor shall replace existing facility lighting control system by repairing existing exterior lighting with new LED fixtures, control modules, and various lighting components in accordance with plans and specifications; 4.
