What this contract is for
The purpose of this amendment is to formally incorporate Attachment 12 – NC ANG SF_Addendum01_07-01-2026, Attachment 13 - NC ANG SF_Addendum02_07-10-2026, and Attachment 14 - Questions & Answers - Final into the solicitation. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the original and amended solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. AMENDMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT INSTRUCTIONS Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendments 0003 and 0004 prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of bids. Acknowledgment must be made by one of the following methods: Via SF 1442: Completing Block 19 (Acknowledgment of Amendments) on the back of the Standard Form 1442, listing the amendment number and date. Via SF 30: Signing and returning one (1) copy of the Standard Form 30 (Amendment of Solicitation) with your proposal/bid package. Failure of your acknowledgment to be received at the place designated for the receipt of offers prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of your offer. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid submission due date in order to allow the Government sufficient time to respond to industry questions, and to provide offerors adequate time to review the responses and adjust their bids accordingly. 1.
