Project Requirement The Indiana National Guard at the MTC-ATT facility, Camp Atterbury, requires the design, purchase, and installation of a comprehensive CCTV system to monitor the exterior of buildings 733, 734, and 735, including the adjacent parking lot area.

An existing Access Control system (Galaxy Controls) and associated network infrastructure are already in place across these buildings.

Prime Contractor Self-Performance & Capability RequirementsSelf-Performance Mandatory: This requirement is anticipated to be solicited under NAICS 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors.

In accordance with FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting), the Prime Contractor is required to perform at least 25% of the cost of the contract (excluding the cost of materials) with its own employees Corporate Experience & Technical Capability: Offerors will be required to submit objective proof of their in-house technical capability to execute this project.

To be considered for award, the Prime Contractor must demonstrate a corporate history of direct, hands-on installation and configuration of CCTV systems.

Subcontractor qualifications, experience, and past performance will not be accepted as a substitute for the Prime Contractor's own corporate experience.
