Description: SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Repaint & Repair Stucco Construction requirement at Scotts Bluff National Monument in Gering, NE. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to; Repair any surfaces scheduled for painting, including but not limited to repairing all substrates, patching cracks in masonry and stucco, and repairing all wooden and masonry joints for 3 buildings and park boundary signs. This includes the preparation of surfaces, to include low pressure washing and cleaning of all exterior surfaces and the removal and reapplication of deteriorating caulk. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6426Q0106 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Scotts Bluff, NE will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Experience, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238140, and the size standard is $19 million.
