The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria is seeking quotes for the following commercial supply requirement. 1. Description of Requirement Item: One (1) heavy-duty diesel forklift, STILL RCD 180-900 or Equal. Minimum Specifications: Must meet or exceed all salient characteristics detailed in the attached Attachment 1 - Product Specifications. 2. Delivery Information Location: LRC, RSSA, Building 113, Rose Barracks, Vilseck, 92249, Germany. Method: FOB Destination (Vendor is responsible for all shipping/delivery logistics and costs). Timeline: The proposed equipment must be delivered by 30 September 2026. (If you cannot meet this date, you must propose an alternative timeline in your quote). 3. Basis for Award The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible offeror who submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical Acceptability (Pass/Fail): Your quote must include technical documentation proving your proposed forklift meets all minimum salient characteristics in Attachment 1. Trade Agreements Compliance (Pass/Fail): This requirement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act.
