Introduction and Pre-SolicitationDetails The 409th Contracting Support Brigade(CSB) intends to issue a solicitation for afirm-fixed-price, non-personal services con-tract to provide Protestant Music Service Support at the Rose BarracksCommunity Chapel (Building 218) and other designated event locations on USAGBavaria, Germany. The contractor will be re-sponsible for planning, coordinating, and performing musical and choral selectionsto support the Rose Barracks ReligiousSupport Office (RSO) for weekly worship services (52 units/year), special seasonal and ceremonial services (16 units/year),and weekly rehearsals (68 units/year). The government anticipates a five-year periodof performance consisting of a 12-monthbase period (scheduled to begin 15September 2026) and four (4) consecutive12-month option periods extending through 14 September 2031. 2. Compliance and Security Regulations This acquisition is conducted in accordancewith FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of CommercialProducts and Commercial Services).Because performance will occur on a secure U.S. military installation in Germany, the contractor must comply with all local force protection, physical security, and base access procedures, including completing mandatory training such as AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC within designated timeframes.
