409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN)/ Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the delivery of Spill Containment Berms and Crates, at United States Army Garrison, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Offerors interested in submitting proposals must complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, and provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam. The Government is releasing the solicitation under full and open competition, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to the award.
