Quotations must be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 15:00 (SAST). Offerors must submit all documents required by the solicitation and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of quotation submission in accordance with FAR 4.1102.
