It should not be considered a solicitation announcement, synopsis, or any other type of pre-solicitation notice. Any cost accrued by an interested party in response to the RFI will not be paid by the Government. All dates in this announcement are subject to change. This RFI is issued for the following: 1. Request industry input to aid Government designers in technical scoping for the development of a future requirement. 2. Provide advanced notice for a possible onsite Industry Day in October 2026. Solicitation number 140R1026R0004 was generated to issue this RFI notice and a possible onsite Industry Day announcement later this year. If an onsite industry day is conducted, details will be announced on SAM.gov. Interested parties should take note that a future solicitation announcement or pre-solicitation notices will not be announced under this 140R1026R0004. However, industry day details may be announced under this number. Interested parties should continue to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) SAM.gov for announcements pertaining to this requirement until a Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 or subsequent FY solicitation number is announced on the GPE. All responses or questions regarding this RFI must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer, Lance Fleming at [email protected] and the Contract Specialist, Brock Palen, at [email protected] by 4:00PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Wednesday 7/29/2026.
