What this contract is for

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Davis Barracks Chiller Plant Control System Integration, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all software engineering, programming, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to migrate the existing Davis Chiller Plant Building Automation System (BAS) from its current proprietary, compiled-code architecture to a fully native, open, and editable Niagara 4 (N4) format. This work includes the full integration of new plant equipment (Chiller-7, Cooling Tower-7, Primary Chilled Water Pumps CHWP-6/7, Condenser Water Pumps CWP-6/7, Heat Trace and Secondary Chilled Water Pumps SCHWP-3/4) to create a single, cohesive, and maintainable 7-chiller plant control system.
