The New York City Housing Authority ('NYCHA'), by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals from staff augmentation firms to provide NYCHA with staff augmentation services, including the provision of candidates and management of selected professional Resources, to fill, as needed, temporary positions as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP. The release date of this RFP is July 28, 2026 (the ' Release Date '). A non-mandatory Proposers' conference (' Proposers' Conference ') will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m . Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposers' Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend, and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
